The round is quite crowded to visit. There are 2 choices of soup, white sugar and brown sugar. The bases are good, the elasticity is right, the big size is filled with peanuts and sugar, really good. The sauce is less like, too sweet, less ginger. Actually if you eat on the spot, you have ginger in the bottle, just pour it. But somehow it still doesn't change * lol.

I think this is a so-so experience, a regular Ronde Jahe and mostly overhyped.We came during a public holiday and there is a long queue. During the queue see how the Ronde is prepared, and see how the used bowls are washed not properly. Suggest to get this improved, or maybe just order it away as takeaway.Tastewise, we think the Ronde Jahe is ok. There is good taste, relatively spicy but compliments the cold night in Bandung.

The soup also can chose between brown sugar or white sugar.Really a good taste and make the body warm after eating this.Price acceptable and affordable. The ronde is smooth, freshly made according to orders and not being boiled too long. Among rondes I have eaten, Alkateri has the best texture and flavour. The ginger soup flavour is not too sweet, not too jarring. The sweetness is "floating" nicely. It is truly a legend and worth the queue for such a taste and price Rp18000

The sauce is really good, the batter is chewy ... once you get bitten by the brown sugar, it breaks in the mouth. Also try before eating this, buy basotahu first at Deoan Full Moon ... jon death combination!
